The surprise is seeing Jennie peeking around the edge of the wreath and Victor sitting serenely in the wreath. Re the layout: the bottom picture is the inside as it would be opened up. The next pix up (get well)is the cover which comes from folding the full spread. The back page (green sections) is on the back. The envelope is an 8.5x11 (I cropped it for posting).
Very cool, but I'm not sure what you meant by surprise. How does the whole thing fold or lay, back to back? I can't quite visualize.
